for your teacher under "Course Evaluation" after the class.

You can submit an upgrade request in "My Level" under "Upgrade."
We will schedule a time for your upgrade exam, which will be counted as one class.
After passing the exam, we will complete your upgrade within 7 business days,
and you will be able to see your new level in the member area.

A15-1
You can start the test by selecting "Level Online Trial Test" under "My Level."
Please complete the test within 30 minutes, which consists of 8 multiple-choice questions and
12 listening questions, for a total of 20 questions. If you're unsure about an answer,
avoid randomly selecting options, as it may affect your test results.
If you need to change an answer, click "Previous" to go back to the page where you want to modify your answer.
Once you click "Submit," you will no longer be able to change your answers.
