4. Teachers or students can register as a member on our website.Members could search their learning target based on teachers' style, level of chinese,and courses' topic through our website searching.
5. Please notice that the courses will be expired after one year of the purchase. If the courses could not be completed after one year, they will be invalid, and no transfer, extension, or refund is allowed.
6. The members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user name and password, and shall not disclose it to any unauthorized third party. We will not be responsible for any loss or responsibility caused by your failure to comply with this regulation.
7. You can register as our member, or browse some web pages and services of CHINESE TUTOR LAND. However, you could only enjoy our service of purchasing courses and booking courses after the registration and login are completed.
   
   
8. For the student: Register as a student account. You can purchase courses, book courses, leave messages, select teachers and topics of courses through our website. Before you start choosing those courses, there is a requirement for you to finish the Chinese proficiency test. In this case, we will evaluate and provide the most suitable courses, levels, and direction of learning for you. The age group of students is recommended to be over twelve years old. Otherwise, parents or guardians must guide learners who are under twelve years old when they use our website.
9. For the teacher: You have to pass the qualification review of the Teaching Department of Chinese tutor land to become a qualified online teacher on our website. You have to provide your qualifications, photos, teaching material or videos, and other information for our website.
10. Cooperative agents: The operation of Chinese tutor land is established from a global perspective. Therefore, our cooperative agents are responsible for the promotion of courses over the world. However, they are not responsible for publishing any information from Chinese tutor land, nor can they violate the cooperation agreement with Chinese tutor land.

13. Chinese tutor land agrees to cancel the course you purchased and save the remaining fees in your personal account. These remaining fees can be used towards lessons with any other teachers on our website. However, those remaining fees are not refundable.
14. The foreign currency will be converted at the foreign currency exchange rate of PAYPAL.
15. We will not be responsible for the taxes in any country or tax penalties or interest imposed by tax authorities.
